Our Mission

Our mission is to provide job integration opportunities, mentorship and leadership development in technology and business fields to those in career transition, women, underserved communities, new graduates, youth, newcomers, and entrepreneurs.

Our History

Envision Foundation was established in Toronto in 2010 by a team of dedicated senior professionals from Technology, Finance, Business, and Human Resources. It is a community-driven non-profit organization committed to empowering individuals in achieving their full career potential. Our job integration, leadership development and mentorship-driven programs are tailored to support professionals in career transitions, those seeking leadership growth, women, new graduates, underserved communities and aspiring entrepreneurs ready to realize their dreams.

In 2025, the team behind AVAND Foundation joined forces with ENVISION, driven by our shared commitment to fostering community support. This collaboration has enabled us to expand our reach and impact by offering comprehensive programs focused on job integration, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. By combining our efforts, we can provide even greater assistance and resources to the community, helping individuals achieve their goals and thrive in their careers, and employers to hire quality professionals while fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
